Arrival

Day 1: Ziwa & Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, you will meet and greet your safari leader from Uganda. A quick briefing about this special 3-day tour to Murchison Falls National Park will be done and then you board a 4×4 safari vehicle.
Once you have settled and all your property packed well in the vehicle, you will start your journey taking Kampala-Gulu highway.
Drive through Luweero, an area known for fresh pineapples and you will branch off at Nakasongola district to track rhinos in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Northwestern Uganda.
Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary is a private & nonprofit conservation project where rhinos can only be spotted in the wild in Uganda.
After visiting the rhinos, proceed to Masindi for lunch and later drive to the top of the falls. At the top of the falls, enjoy photography moment and witness by yourself how the powerful Murchison Falls forces itself in a narrow rock.
Murchison Falls is one of Uganda’s natural wonders and it is known for its powerful roar. This waterfall can be observed squeezing itself into an 8m narrow rock and cascading 45m down. A natural rainbow is formed and it will be visible.

Day 2: Full-day wildlife safari in Murchison Falls National Park
A game drive begins early by 6:00 am such that you catch up with early risers. The Northern circuit will be an area of interest for today’s game drive and expect to see a huge profusion of wildlife. This region is known for elephants, buffaloes, antelopes like hartebeests, oribis, Uganda kobs; giraffes, lions, warthogs, birds, and more.
Drive back at recommended speed by Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) while sighting more wildlife. Have a leisurely lunch and by 2:00 pm, you should be at the Paraa Jetty for a launch or boat cruise on the Victoria Nile.
Aquatic animals will be viewed on this 2-3 hours’ launch cruise and they include the Nile crocodiles, hippos, and birds. The Murchison Falls will be viewed at its base and you will have an opportunity to capture its pictures.
